The Caloritech SS1112 is a 10.5 inch SS-series component heater rated at 240V and 250W. It is not interchangeable with a 120V 250W strip on power rating alone: supply voltage and mechanical layout must match the replacement requirement.

Can a 120V 250W heater be replaced solely because this is also 250W?
No. This model is rated 240V AC. Voltage, mounting geometry, terminals and thermal requirements must be verified for the replacement.
Does SS1112 include a complete temperature-control panel?
No control panel is itemized as included. External control is discussed separately and must suit the heater and application.
Does the 10.5 inch length specify the entire heated contact area?
Not by itself. The active heated area, mounting tabs and terminal-clearance dimensions require the manufacturer's drawing; do not infer them from overall length.
