Free Shipping on Orders $30+
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $30 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping worldwide. For orders below $30, you pay the shipping charge shown at checkout before placing your order.
Order Dispatch
In-stock orders are usually dispatched the same day or the following day. Dispatch means the order has shipped; it does not mean same-day delivery.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery is 2–6 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination or be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather or address issues.
Address Changes and Delivery Issues
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
If your order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact service@steadtool.com with your order number. Include relevant photographs for damaged or incorrect deliveries and keep the product and packaging while we review the issue.
