Preparation: Ensure the floor jack is on a level, hard surface. Chock the wheels of the vehicle that will remain on the ground to prevent rolling.
Positioning: Locate the manufacturer-recommended lifting point on the vehicle's frame or subframe. Slide the jack under the vehicle, centering the saddle on the lift point.
Lifting: Insert the two-piece handle fully, then pump it up and down to begin lifting. The Lightning™ hydraulic system will quickly raise the saddle and continue lifting the vehicle to the desired height.
Safety: Once lifted, immediately place jack stands under the vehicle at the designated support points. Never rely solely on the floor jack to hold the vehicle.
Lowering: Slowly turn the handle counterclockwise to engage the release valve. The universal joint technology ensures a smooth, controlled descent. Once fully lowered, remove the jack stands.
