Is 3200 CFM the airflow at all three speeds?
It is the listed maximum. Separate airflow values for each speed are not supplied.
Do the wheels make it a ride-on machine?
No. They are transport features for the air mover, together with its telescopic handle.
Can it remove humidity without a dehumidifier?
It moves air; no moisture-extraction capacity is specified. Air movement and dehumidification serve different functions.
