Volvo/Mack Injector Cup Remover
A two-piece solution for removing and installing injector cups on Volvo D11 – D13 and Mack MP7 and MP8 HD engines. Replacing injectors often means replacing a damaged or leaking cup, which can be stuck after countless hours of driving and idling. If your truck has fuel in coolant, or coolant in fuel, the injector cup likely needs replacing.
Replacing an injector cup is no easy service task. The removal tool fits deep inside injector wells, expanding inside the cup to hold it securely while backing it out. The installation tool features a precision-shaped tip to apply the correct pressure to cups to ensure a proper seal, preventing improper installation.
