Nordic Pure 12x18x1PM12C-2 Furnace Air Filters MERV 12 Pleated Plus Carbon 2 Pack – 12x18x1 are made with dual materials where the MERV 12 rated media is fused with an activated carbon layer. These filters help eliminate unwanted odors while effectively trapping airborne dust and particulate matter to provide fresh, clean air. The activated carbon adsorbs odorous gases and vapors (VOCs) while maintaining excellent airflow. Manufactured with a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame and a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats for extra durability. The permanently electrostatically charged filter media acts like a magnet to attract dust and contaminants.
