Lisle 53700 is a small-range band wrench with a vinyl-covered swivel handle and a 1-inch-wide stainless band. Its fractional diameter range overlaps the decimal 57020 range, but the model identity and described band/grip details should still be checked rather than assumed identical.
Specifications and included details

- 1-inch-wide stainless-steel band.
- Gripper teeth described.

Before ordering
Check filter diameter and room to position the band and swing the handle. A comfortable grip does not establish an installation torque or no-slip result. Use the filter manufacturer's installation method.
Product questions and answers
Does its range overlap Lisle 57020?
Yes. 2-7/8 inches equals 2.875 inches and both upper ranges end at 3.25 inches. Verify the model's band and handle details separately.
What does 1 inch describe?
The stated band width, not the filter diameter or handle length.
Does the vinyl grip change the fit range?
No. The filter range remains 2-7/8–3-1/4 inches.
