Grasping the Knife: Hold the knife firmly with your dominant hand, ensuring a secure grip on the handle.
Opening the Blade (Assisted Opening):
Using the Flipper: Place your index finger on the flipper and pull it down firmly. The SpeedSafe mechanism will assist in fully opening the blade.
Using the Thumb Studs: Press outward on either thumb stud with your thumb to activate the assisted opening mechanism.
Engaging the Lock: Once open, the frame lock engages the blade. Visually confirm it is secure before use.
Using the Knife: Perform your cutting task carefully, always cutting away from your body.
Closing the Blade: Push the frame lock inward with your thumb to release the blade, then fold it closed carefully.
Engaging the Tip-Lock: Slide the black Tip-Lock tab toward the blade end to lock the knife in the closed position. Slide it back toward the pivot to unlock.
