The OTC 7224 Duramax Glow Plug Bore Reamer reams bores for proper replacement of glow plugs, cleaning out the plug bore, per the OE repair process. This specialized tool features a cutting surface to turn into the glow plug hole, removing carbon buildup. The buildup falls into the cylinders, where it's burned during combustion and eliminated. The fluted end scrapes and removes debris from the bore.
